New World Record – Heaviest Bee Suit

Now what would you do to get a world record? Zheng Wei from Zizhou County in western China, for example, wore a 184 lbs suit made out of live bees. Yes, bees, the angry prickly ones.

He actually had to make a special frame covered in foliage to hold that many bees – it must have been pretty noisy in there.

Believe it or not Zheng Wei actually broke the old world record. Just few days ago another Chinese bee keeper Shen Zonghong wore a 72 lbs bee suit.

55-Foot Unidentifiable Behemoth Washed Up on Chinese Shore

A 55 feet long fish has been found in the seashore of Guangdong, China. According to a local newspaper, the big fish weighs at least 10,000 pounds.

Hwang, a 66-years-old fisherman living in the near area, said he has never seen anything like this in his whole life and that the fish was tied with ropes when it was first found.

Many people have flocked to see this strange specimen since its discovery, although its rotting corpse already emits a foul smell.

The people living in the area think the fish was caught by some fisherman but was abandoned due to its heavy weight, hence the ropes.

Due to the serious decay of the fish's body, it is almost impossible to identify the species, according to the local newspaper.

The fish was discovered on April 25th.

Call it Zonkey, Deebra, Donkra or Zedonk???

A rare 'zonkey' has been born in a China zoo, the result of a moment of passion between a female zebra and a donkey who shared an enclosure at Xiamen Haicang Zoo in the south-east of the country.

The zonkey/donkra came into the world on Sunday, sporting cute striped legs and pale lines down its brown body.

Staff at the zoo say the creature had a difficult birth as it choked on its mum's amniotic fluid, causing it to asphyxiate.

'We had to hold him upside down to remove and clean the fluid from his nose and mouth,' revealed the zoo's Lin Qiaoyong.

The zonkey weighed 30kg and was nearly a metre tall when it eventually arrived. When a male zebra mates with a female donkey - the opposite scenario to our new stripey pal - it is known as a zebroid, a creature that's apparently more common than a zonkey/donkra, according to people who know about these types of things.

Half-naked Mexican Prisoner Busted while Trying Suitcase Escape

A half-naked escapee curled up in the foetal position was discovered by Mexican prison guards after they opened a suitcase being carried by a woman visiting inmates.

Juan Ramirez Tijerina was caught by guards at a jail in Chetumal, Mexico, as his girlfriend Maria del Mar Arjona pulled along a 'bulky' looking black suitcase. 

According to police spokesman Gerado Campos, the 19-year-old looked nervous as she attempted to leave the prison following a conjugal visit.

Suspicious wardens decided to check what was inside and to their surprise found themselves staring at a half-naked Ramirez . On inspection Ramirez - who is serving a 20-year sentence for illegal weapons possession, was found to be wearing only his socks and underwear.

Both were taken into custody and are awaiting charges for the bungled escape bid. It's not the worst escape bid though - in 2009 New Zealand inmates Regan Reti and Tiranara White attempted to flee a courthouse whilst handcuffed together. 

They were captured on CCTV running along a street but forgot they were tied to one another and ran either side a of lamp post.
